The Hollows is the new Netherlands brewery from the American brewer, Jason Pellett. He left Orpheus Brewing to open a new brewery in Amsterdam with his wife, Leslie Campbell, and now brews small batches of big beers with a dedication to beauty, real ingredients, and no compromises.
